Research shows that when you think happy thoughts, like about a dream or a goal that makes you smile, your brain will actually release these little chemicals called endorphins, wich make a person feel good and energized.
Successful people appreciate what they have and don´t complain about what they don´t have. Instead of whining, they figure out how to get it. :)
