Gratitude

When you are grateful and actually when you write out why you are grateful for, you become more in tune throughout the next day. It´s like turning on an inner-switch that sets your awareness to look for material for your journal each night.

In essence, you became a gratitude magnet. And enough, cool things start to find you. But you have to learn to be grateful now for all that is already.

Some days, you might be feeling particulary abundant and those  things just fly onto the page. Some day, it might feel like you can´t think of even two things. That´s when you remember how amazing it is that you even have roof over your head or food to eat.

So remember, cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.
